ANNUAL AUDITS
REFELITE performs annual internal and works audits, as well as audits of suppliers and service providers, in order to enhance the quality of Safety and Environment performance of the companies we work with.
TRAINING
Refelite has an annual training plan for Health, Safety & Environment.
However, given the specificity of work on temporary job sites, this planning is
greatly exceeded annually by the total number of trainings.
These actions include training on common HSE subjects, based on legal
requirements and environmental risk and impact assessments; specific on-site
training related to work with special hazards; daily tool-box meetings on site;
induction and reception; training of equipment maneuvers.
